Change of plan? Tell us early.
Before quotation approval
You can decline the quotation in your repair record. No unapproved paid repair work will be performed. Return arrangements and any previously approved collection or specialist costs are confirmed in writing.
After approval
Contact the service desk promptly. Parts already ordered and work already performed are reviewed against your approved quotation. Any cancellation charge or refund is explained; there is no invented automatic penalty.
Business plans
Monthly billing is subject to the agreed yearly commitment. Early cancellation, renewal and any refund are governed by the written agreement accepted before activation. A plan request alone does not activate or charge a subscription.
Refund requests
Contact support@axifore.com with the invoice and payment reference. We review the approved scope, actual work and payment record and communicate the outcome.
